LønRadar is a free platform that helps workers in Denmark understand what they should earn. With our salary report, you get a clear picture of what others in the same role and at the same experience level are making.

Why LønRadar?
LønRadar was born out of a frustration many people know: the uncertainty when your boss brings up salary. What should you actually be asking for?
Traditional salary statistics are often too broad to fit your specific role and situation. LønRadar was built to make it simple to walk into a salary conversation with numbers and arguments that actually feel relevant.
Where does the data come from?
Our salary statistics are built on user-submitted data combined with verified payslips. To get their own salary report, users must first submit their own salary information.
Users have two options:
- Enter their details manually (role, experience, salary, etc.).
- Upload a payslip. The numbers (salary, pension, supplements) are read and converted to data.
The verified payslips are used to validate manual submissions.
Numbers are presented as aggregated statistics - not as individual salaries.
How do you ensure data quality?
We take data quality seriously and actively work to ensure accurate numbers:
- Manual review: We manually review all submitted payslips.
- Cross-validation: Verified payslips are used to validate manual submissions.
- Market check: New entries are compared against our statistics and union statistics.
- Outlier filtering: Automatic filtering of unrealistic numbers.
- Data cleaning: Thorough rules filter out errors and inconsistencies in the data.
- Payslip weighting: Payslips carry more weight than manual submissions in the statistics.
- Duplicate protection: Only one submission per user per quarter counts, to ensure an accurate data set.
Security and data processing
Anonymisation happens on your end
When you upload a payslip, anonymisation happens directly in your browser. You redact your name, CPR number, and other sensitive information yourself before the file is sent. We only receive the anonymised version.
What happens after upload?
Our AI reads only the numbers (salary, pension, date) for use in the statistics. After we have verified that the data is correct, the payslip itself is deleted from our systems.
Why do you need my email?
We ask for your email solely to comply with GDPR. This ensures we can find and delete your data if you ever request it.
Separated data
We use cryptographic separation to keep your login information and salary data in two separate, locked boxes. This means even we cannot see who owns which numbers in the statistics.
