In DISCO 1120 (top corporate management) the upper quartile earns 2.1 times the lower - 62,299 DKK/month at the bottom against 132,784 DKK/month at the top (LONS20 2024, n approx. 15,400). An average across a cell that broad tells you nothing about what your role is worth.
